These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ripple Reports website and services operated by RogueByte LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Ripple Reports provides AI-assisted market research, competitive analysis, and intelligence reports ("Reports"). The scope and format of each report is determined by the plan purchased (Quick, Deep, or Monitoring).

2. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards.
• Your order is confirmed upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with next steps.
• Rush delivery options are available at an additional fee as indicated on the order page.

3. Delivery

• Quick Reports: Delivered within 4–8 hours of order confirmation (business hours).
• Deep Reports: Delivered within 6–12 hours of order confirmation (business hours).
• Monitoring: First brief delivered within 24 hours, then weekly thereafter.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on report complexity and request volume.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your report, subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of report delivery.
• You must provide specific feedback explaining why the report did not meet the agreed scope.
• We reserve the right to offer a revised report before processing a refund.
• Refunds for Monitoring plans are prorated based on briefs delivered.

5. Intellectual Property

Your rights

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered report for your internal business purposes. You may share the report within your organization.

Restrictions

• You may not resell, republish, or distribute reports to third parties without written permission.
• You may not claim authorship of reports or represent them as your own research to investors or the public without attribution.

Our rights

We retain ownership of the methodologies, templates, and processes used to create reports. We may use anonymized, aggregated insights from reports to improve our services.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information you provide (company details, research topics, strategic context) as confidential. We will not disclose your specific research topics or company information to third parties without your consent.

7. Accuracy and Disclaimer

Our reports are based on publicly available information and AI-assisted analysis. While we strive for accuracy:

• Reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, legal, or investment advice.
• We make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of third-party data sources used.
• Market conditions change rapidly; insights may become outdated.

You use the reports at your own risk. Ripple Reports and RogueByte LLC are not liable for business decisions made based on report content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RogueByte LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Gather intelligence for illegal activities or market manipulation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
